At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation to join our remote team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior QA Automation, you will lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. You will work closely with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise will significantly impact the success of our projects, driving both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create robust automated tests using Playwright to enhance testing efficiency.

Integrate Tests into CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into continuous integration and deployment processes.

Collaborate with Development and QA Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and project requirements.

Analyze Test Results: Review and analyze testing outcomes, providing actionable insights to improve software quality.

Maintain Test Environments: Ensure test environments are stable and accurately reflect production environments.

Mentor Junior QA Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Enhance Testing Processes: Continuously improve testing strategies and practices to keep pace with technological advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Proficiency in Playwright

Understanding of React/Java applications

Experience in Salesforce (Apex)

Advanced English proficiency

Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience using AI for testing
